Work:

I am currently working for Vineti a Cell & Gene Therapy PaaS company. I work as a Technical Lead contributing to Architecture, working closely with the Product Manager & Engineering Manager to prioritize features and releases.

I am looking to switch my job to move back in to a Leadership position. I have a career built in start-ups and picked up valuable lessons in the school of hard knocks! Now looking to share my knowledge in building business strategy, developing a culture of high performance, and solving hard problems in a company that is creating a net positive impact in the world. Volunteer:

I hold the position of Secretary at Vardini Trust an NGO dedicated to caring for rescued Cows. It is a fulfilling experience to work with these gentle creatures and spending time with them. I am focused on implementing sustainable practices in the farm towards our mission "To build a sustainable Gaushala to grow food (for animals & humans), manage water, generate power, and recycle waste with minimal external inputs creating a closed loop system."

The focus is on being able to care for the animals without relying heavily on donations.
